Soap Making Class
Saturday, August 10 (1:00pm-4:00pm)
The class will include a quick revisit of the basics and proper handling of ingredients, a lye demonstration, a swirling demonstration, and a hands-on soaping project. For the soap project, colors will be added to the ingredients. As before, the class will be divided up into groups and each group will make a batch of soap. Once the soap has set and been cut into soap size pieces, participants can pick up their soaps. This will be approximately a week later.
